Studio Thirty One started with one chair, one stylist and a simple rule: nobody leaves with a cut they didn't ask for. We still work that way — a proper consultation before anything happens, and honest advice even when it means talking you out of something.

Our team trains for a full year before working on clients independently. It makes us slower to hire and, we think, better to sit with.
