Grievance Officer
Last updated 27 October 2026
The short version
If something about SiteMaker has gone wrong — your website, your payment, your photos, your personal information — you can complain to a named person and we have to answer you within a fixed time. That person is below.
You do not need to use a special form or special words. A WhatsApp message saying what happened is a valid complaint.
Who to contact
- Name: Subhan Balbale
- Designation: Grievance Officer
- Email: support@mysitemaker.in
- Phone / WhatsApp: +91 93724 07018 (Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm)
- Postal address: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
How long we take
These are the timelines India’s Information Technology Rules, 2021 set for us, and we hold ourselves to them:
- Acknowledgement within 24 hours. You get a reply confirming we have your complaint and a reference for it.
- Resolution within 15 days. We either fix it, refund you, or explain in writing why we cannot.
If the 24 hours pass with no word from us, message the WhatsApp number above. It reaches the same person and it is the fastest way to be heard.
What to tell us
Four things make a complaint quick to act on:
- Your order reference — the 8 characters shown on your order page.
- Your business name, as you typed it into the builder.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if you have one. On a phone that is usually faster than typing.
What this page is for
Use it for anything you consider a grievance: a website that is wrong or offline, money taken that should not have been, a request to delete your data, content on a site we host that you believe infringes your rights, or how we have handled any of the above.
For ordinary questions — how to change a photo, when your site goes live — WhatsApp +91 93724 07018 is faster and no complaint is needed.
If you are not satisfied
Our answer is not the end of the road. You can take the matter to the National Consumer Helpline (1915), or to the consumer forum for your district. We will cooperate with either and we will not ask you to waive that right.
